SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Boilermaking - Search for technical solutions to access repairs - Carry out the various preparation operations (protection, rolling, tracing, cutting and drilling) - Cutting, dismantling and repairing welded components - Manufacture and produce sheet metal parts - Assemble and weld sheet metal parts, based on quality requirements (assembly jigs, instruction sheets, etc.) - Check and carry out dimensional and appearance checks on sheet metal parts Welding - Identify appropriate materials and weld seams, based on documentation - Carry out various preparation operations (protection, grinding, etc.) - Assemble metal parts using a variety of welding processes, in accordance with the following procedures - Checking and controlling weld quality Mechanical engineering - Carry out occasional workshop work (repairs, assembly, etc.), based on technical documentation, under the supervision of your line manager - Complete the various documents and business tools relating to operations (reports, etc.). hours worked, logbooks, etc.) - Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure the quality and conformity of boilermaking and welding work - Ensure the conformity of the workstation and tools provided - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, protection of the working environment, procedures, etc.) - Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Ensure proper stock management of parts and supplies (wires, disks, arches, flashlights) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE CAP to Bac vocational diploma in boilermaking or significant experience preferred Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - Professional knowledge of boiler making - Professional knowledge of welding - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Basic technical knowledge (mechanics, etc.) Behavioral skill(s) - Rigor - Organizational skills - Adaptability - Responsiveness
