YOUR ROLE
Your main role will be to ensure the financial follow‑up of chartering contracts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Apply and monitor the financial terms (payment deadlines) of charter parties.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Check invoices in conjunction with negotiators and authorize payments.
- Monitor the collection of charter payments.
- Follow‑up with third‑party debtors.
- Resolve financial disputes with shipowners.
- Take charge of strategic financial files for management.
- Prepare reports and statistics.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Management.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the shipping field is a plus.
- Good command of IT and office automation tools.
- Strong rigor, organizational skills and responsiveness.
