Job Overview

Focus on talent management, training, recruitment, and employee engagement for a workforce of around 500 people in France, while supporting the Executive Committee, Works Council, and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal talent review and action plan processes, and statutory training interviews, in collaboration with Global HR Business Partners.
• Develop and implement training plans, track individual action plans, and serve as main point of contact for the Executive Committee and Works Council on training matters.
• Support managers in defining and approving roles, and develop a partnership program with schools and universities.
• Contribute to the promotion and activity of the HR page on the internal social network and run the Belonging community on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR.
• Fluent in English (half of your time will be spent with English materials).
• Experience in international, matrix organizations is advantageous.
• Experience in talent management and training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver projects on time.
• Commitment to employee experience.
