SADE Travaux Spéciaux (STS) executes extensive underground work (tunnels and shafts, microtunneling), civil engineering (basins, pumping stations, reservoirs), and rehabilitation projects (masonry, coatings, coatings) and trenchless rehabilitation. STS operates in France and internationally, closely collaborating with other SADE entities.The Estimation Engineer is responsible for analyzing call for tenders, estimating costs, and preparing technical and financial proposals to respond to market opportunities.Main missions include:

• Analyzing technical and administrative documents of calls for tenders
• Assessing quantities of materials, equipment, and labor needed
• Consulting suppliers and subcontractors for best prices
• Preparing measurements, quantity, and cost estimates
• Developing financial offers (budgets, quotes, cost simulations)
• Contributing to the technical report writing
• Identifying technical and economic risks
• Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors
• Monitoring public and private market trends

Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 2 to 5 years of similar experience.Technical skills include proficiency in estimation methods and software (Excel), knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and tender procedures, ability to read plans and understand specifications.Additional skills: rigor, analytical mindset, organization, autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and good communication skills.
