CHARGE(E) DE PRESTATIONS ET MAINTENANCE (H/F)

How will you contribute and grow?

You will join a regional team of mobile technicians within the Secondary Production branch, serving a diversified clientele: major players in Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Research and Analysis, and New Energies, including Hydrogen.

As a Chargé(e) de Prestations et Maintenance, you will ensure regulatory, preventive and corrective maintenance of the gas handling equipment. You will work closely with the Planning Unit, the commercial teams, logistics, and our technical experts.

Under the authority of the Manager Prestations & Maintenance, the Chargé de Prestations & Maintenance is responsible for the following missions, in compliance with the client, safety rules and best practices related to the activity:

• Take charge of preventive and corrective maintenance of installed and/or sold systems (gas handling equipment, liquid gas storage, application equipment, etc.) in accordance with the schedule defined by Air Liquide Assistance.
• Interact directly with these installations.
• Prepare and implement, in liaison with our scheduling service, the periodic and annual prevention plans for our clients.
• Contribute to improving performance/cost reporting in line with our safety and quality policy.
• Prepare and implement, in coordination with the scheduling service, major maintenance operations for installations.
• Prepare intervention reports and report on activity.
• Carry out standardized and predefined installation mounting services for gas distribution systems.
• Plan and manage exceptional and ad hoc operations (OPEX); prepare quotes, perform installation, startup, monitoring and dismantling of the OPEX.
• Necessarily participate in on-call duties and provide backup for the Services Chargé in SLC during their absence.

Spécificité du poste: les habilitations spécifiques seront à acquérir suite au parcours de formation tutorat notamment, maintenance des mélangeurs, des Alphagaz Flo, des SAEL, intervention sur gaz toxiques (port ARI) et Inspection réglementaire, Risque Chimique niveau 2, Intervention sur circuits électriques basse tension.

Profil et compétences

• Formation Bac+2 technique dans l’un des domaines suivants : maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique, électromécanique
• Connaissance dans le domaine de la mise en œuvre des gaz, gaz spéciaux et gaz liquides
• Connaissance des règles d’implantation des installations de mise en œuvre des gaz
• Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation personnelle et du reporting
• Esprit d’équipe ; sens du service aux clients
• Forte implication dans la démarche Sécurité et Qualité, ainsi que dans la recherche de rentabilité et d'efficacité
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Google Suite, applications IT en général)
