Role Overview :

In this context of strong growth, we are recruiting a Communications & Events Officer to strengthen our team. You will be at the heart of our communication initiatives, playing a key role in managing and organizing events (owned or through sponsorships/partnerships), while also supporting editorial activities (social media, press releases) and creating engaging, impactful visual content.

Your Mission :

Event Management

• Coordinate and oversee the organization of Unlimitail events (conferences, webinars, client events, etc.).
• Manage Unlimitail’s participation in external events (event sponsorships, trade show booths, speaking engagements, etc.).
• Oversee logistics (planning, vendors, budgets, deliverables tracking).
• Design event communication materials (invitations, booth branding, goodies, visuals, etc.).
• Ensure event coverage (photos/videos, live posts, etc.) and post-event visibility.

Editorial Communication

• Contribute to the editorial strategy (LinkedIn, corporate website, newsletters, press releases).
• Write and publish content tailored to different platforms.
• Liaise with PR agencies, journalists, and media partners.

Graphic Design

• Create static and animated visuals (social media posts, infographics, web banners, presentation slides).
• Ensure the visual consistency of the Unlimitail brand across all materials.

What we’re looking for :

• 3-5 years of experience in communications and event management, either in a company or an agency.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and coordination skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English (required).
• Good understanding of social media and the media ecosystem.
• Proven creative mindset and solid command of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
