Job Purpose
Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the communications manager implements the internal and/or external communications strategy. He/she animates and feeds the communication channels. He/she develops the brand image in order to inform, attract and retain stakeholders (internal and external).
Significant Activities
- Contribute to the definition of the communication strategy, in collaboration with his/her superiors
- Implement and manage the communications plan (content strategy, events, performance indicators, etc.)
- Create and update content for communication channels (testimonials, brochures, videos, etc.)
- Manage and update digital media (implementations, advertising campaigns, analyses, etc.)
- Animating the community (planning publications, surveys, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators and target audience satisfaction (referrals, traffic, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary
- Help organize internal and external events (trade shows, seminars, etc.)
- Manage press and media relations as required
- Monitor communication budget and inventories (goodies, visuals, etc.)
- Handle relations with service providers (communications agencies, press, etc.), and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (services, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of its scope (business tools, procedures, channels, communication, etc.)
- Monitor competition and markets (trends, business tools, etc.)
Responsibilities and Scope for Action
- Ensure the implementation and management of the communications strategy
- Ensure the quality of content
- Participate in monitoring the budget for its perimeter
- Be a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure consistency and compliance with the graphic charter
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
Professional Knowledge
3 to 5 years of higher education in communications or marketing and/or significant experience preferred.
Specific Knowledge
- General knowledge of communications (graphic design, etc.)
- General knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEA, Community Management, etc.)
- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems
- Advanced intermediate level in English (B2)
