Chargé(e) Data RH - HR Operations Specialist
Role Description
We are hiring a temporary HR Data Analyst to support the Payroll Migration Project in Paris for a contract of +6 months. The role will assist the Payroll Manager in ensuring data migration, developing processes and controls, providing reporting, and collaborating with HR teams in London and Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of processes and quality controls for HRIS & payroll data
- Control of data migration between the old and new payroll platform
- Provide HR reports for other departments as needed
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in London and Amsterdam in English
- Support other HR activities as requested
Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Reward, HRIS or payroll role within a global firm or consultancy
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Qualifications: HR, Accounting, Information Systems, etc.
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Strong personal organization and rigor
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS and ADP payroll & absence systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
Responsabilités en Français
- Vous participez à l’élaboration et à la mise en place de process et d'outils de contrôle qualité des données RH à la fois paie et SIRH
- Vous réalisez le contrôle des données migrées entre l’ancienne plateforme de paie et la nouvelle
- De façon ponctuelle, vous produisez des reportings RH à destination d’autres départements
- Vous échangez en anglais avec nos équipes RH basées à Londres ou Amsterdam afin de fournir des éléments essentiels à la bonne progression du projet
- Vous participez à toute autre activité RH nécessitant votre support
Profil recherché en Français
- Minimum 1–3 ans d’expérience sur un poste Reward, système d’information RH ou paie, au sein d’un groupe international ou d’une société de conseil RH
- Une expérience dans le secteur financier est un plus
