BORFLEX RHONE-ALPES specializes in the design and manufacture of technical rubber solutions. The company manufactures custom‑made products and rubber sheets, and provides cutting services tailored to the needs of its industrial clients.

We are looking for:

A Business Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract

Office‑based position in Grigny (69)

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to implement sales initiatives for the site in order to meet the company’s revenue and business growth targets.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintain regular and frequent contact with the website’s prospects and customers in order to address their needs and encourage them to place orders.
• Prepare and send quotes to clients and prospects in a timely manner – Manage follow‑ups and maintain business relationships.
• Oversee the creation of new items and order management within the ERP system.
• Provide support to the sales and marketing teams to help secure orders from new customers.
• Ensure, as needed, and consult with the client to verify that the validation, testing, trial, and product launch phases have been successfully completed.
• Ensure that all documents related to each case are complete and compliant.
• Liaise with various internal departments to monitor the site’s revenue, customer lead times, and billing.

For these responsibilities, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous candidate (M/F) who meets the following criteria:

• A graduate with a minimum of two years of post‑secondary education in business or technical studies and initial successful experience in the industrial sector.
• You have a valid driving license.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience using an ERP system.

You are dynamic, have a knack for business, and are technically inclined.
