Company Overview

Company GAÏA, a joint entity of Renault and Suez, operates across the entire value chain of the automotive circular economy, from sourcing parts and raw materials to end‑of‑life management of vehicles. GAÏA offers a wide range of services in collaboration with over 400 partners and suppliers. Within GAÏA, the Pièces business unit develops reused and new parts offerings supported by a network of component suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.

Position Overview

Role: Chargé(e) d’affaires – sourcing and supplier partnership development. Location: Flins, France. Contract: CDI.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new suppliers (equipment manufacturers, car makers, distributors) in France and internationally for purchasing reconditioned vehicle parts, overstock and end‑of‑series components.
• Retain existing supplier portfolio.
• Document opportunities and relationships in the CRM and in SAP to trigger purchase offers.
• Develop purchase offers based on supplier‑provided parts lists.
• Collaborate with internal teams (mainly production and logistics) for the shipment of supplier parts.
• Meet suppliers on site to build commercial relationships and optimize purchase offers.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 degree in commerce or purchasing.
• At least 6 years of commercial or purchasing experience, ideally with knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong commercial acumen, prospecting, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in IT tools (Office suite, ERP, CRM).
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and their typology.
• Autonomous, rigorous, result‑oriented.
• High level of English proficiency.
