Context :

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive Management team and act as a strategic partner in the development of IKOS across international markets.

You will play a key role in supporting our growth ambitions by identifying new business opportunities, contributing to strategic initiatives, and participating in high-impact projects across the organization.

Your Responsibilities :

As a trusted member of the Executive Management ecosystem, you will:

• Analyze existing client portfolios and identify new business development opportunities across strategic accounts and international markets.
• Contribute to the development and follow-up of high-value commercial proposals and strategic business initiatives.
• Monitor international railway and renewable energy markets, identifying emerging trends, key stakeholders, and growth opportunities.
• Support the Executive Management team in driving strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
• Track and assess tender opportunities, requests for proposals (RFPs), and procurement processes.
• Participate in the preparation and submission of commercial offers and tender responses.
• Provide data-driven recommendations based on market intelligence, business performance indicators, and industry analysis.

What We Are Looking For :

• Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University (compulsory ! )
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in business development.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are a strong asset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and interact with senior stakeholders.
