Overview

We are seeking a Chargé d’Affaires Régulation F/H for our Bagneux (92) agency. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager for Île-de-France, you will work with customers and collaborate with colleagues to deliver regulatory automation projects and services.

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects: analyze mission orders, develop programs using internal tools to meet client needs, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Develop client interface imagery to be simple, user-friendly, and aligned with Trane branding.
  • Contribute to the functional analyses and exchange alternatives with the project manager; implement programmed solutions on site from commissioning to final handover; update study documents after commissioning.
  • Ensure alignment between programmed results and client expectations; write intervention reports detailing tests and deployed solutions; back up programs and archive materials on defined server locations.
  • Supervise on-site subcontractors and train clients in system operation.
  • Share best practices with colleagues and support technicians in training in regulation.
  • Identify sales opportunities, additional works, and document or quote them according to existing processes.
  • Project management: take charge of assigned files from study to reception, assess hydraulic and electrical feasibility, prepare project study documents, select suppliers and materials, procure items, manage deliveries and stock, qualify subcontractors, coordinate with stakeholders and attend planning meetings, monitor project finances and invoicing according to site progress, prepare extra works quotes per LOA, and provide occasional technical or commercial sales support for new projects or migrations.

Qualifications

  • BAC+2 to BAC+3 in regulation/automation or equivalent, with strong skills in hydraulics/CVC/automation and electricals; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a team, remotely, and while traveling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and autonomy.
  • Technical English proficiency (reading and writing).
