Chargé du contrôle de légalité Urbanisme et Domanialité (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Control the legality of urbanism documents (Schéma de cohérence territoriale, plan local d’urbanisme, carte communale).
• Control the legality of associated mechanisms and acts related to land‑use rights (permits de construire, certificats d’urbanisme, déclarations préalables).
• Participate in meetings of related public bodies.
• Serve as the secretary of the departmental commercial development commission.
• Control the legality of acts related to land ownership (cession/acquisition, communal roads, rural paths).
• Control the legality of emphytotic leases and temporary occupation permits of public domain.
• Follow up on property parcels of communes in the arrondissement of Tulle.
• Manage forest regime regulations (arrêtés d’application/distraction) in liaison with the national forest office.
• Provide legal advice to local territorial authorities and their groups within the activity domains.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge at **maîtrise** level to acquire.
• Experience and practical knowledge of the professional environment.
• Computer skills, office software, practical level.
