Convaincu par l’importance de l’excellence du service, vous aurez à cœur de procurer à nos clients une expérience de qualité.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions en contact direct à la clientèle seront les suivantes :

• Accueillir la clientèle lors du retour des véhicules
• Prise en charges des Véhicules au retour de location
• Récupérer les clés des véhicules
• Réaliser avec le client les tours de caisse
• S’assurer de l’absence de dommages sur les véhicules
• S’assurer que les véhicules aient été rendus avec le plein
• Assurer la gestion administrative liée à la facturation et établir les dossiers le cas échéant
• Veiller à la propreté des parkings retour
• Assurer le rangement des parkings retour
