Chargé de recrutement (H/F)

Amiltone is looking for a Chargé.e de Recrutement to join the Nantes agency. Integrated into the HR team and working close to the Business‑Engineers, the selected candidate will determine the optimal fit between candidate profiles and the specific needs entrusted to him or her.

Responsibilities

• Define recruitment needs with operational teams
• Write and publish job advertisements on various media
• Source and approach candidates directly
• Identify, qualify, and pre‑select profiles by telephone
• Organise interviews with the most suitable candidates
• Maintain applicant data in the management tool
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

Additionally, contribute to transversal projects such as:

• Participation in recruitment forums and fairs
• Engagement with partner schools
• Contribution to internal and external communication initiatives

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat +2/3 or equivalent
• First experience in recruitment
• Interest in an environment linked to new technologies and in a growth‑mandated structure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, reactivity and self‑sufficiency
• Propensity for commitment and teamwork
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and eager for challenge
