Position Overview

Within the Distribution Department, we are looking for 2 interns to participate in enriching and structuring our knowledge base, which will be used daily by over 3,800 employees. Your mission will involve integrating, organizing, and enhancing essential content to facilitate access to information, especially regarding customer request processing, thereby improving our teams' efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Writing and integrating content into the knowledge base tool according to defined templates
• Participating in content integration meetings (editorial committee with content management team)
• Testing content accuracy
• Drafting and updating support materials for change management: managerial kits, support plans, etc.
• Supporting project/task leaders in their missions

The internship offers a dual benefit:

• Contributing to a major customer relationship project
• Participating in creating a foundational knowledge tool

You are pursuing a BAC +3 in communication, documentation, or project management (business school or university) and wish to apply your skills to a structuring and cross-functional project.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive, autonomous, and proactive in proposing ideas
• Good synthesis skills and strong writing abilities
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Curious, rigorous, and motivated
