The role is based in our Paris offices (between 17th district and Levallois‑Perret).
Job Overview
Integrated into the Marketing & Communication team, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department, executing initiatives, and improving the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Marketing Digital & Commercial Animation
- Collaborate to develop and execute the commercial animation plan in partnership with internal teams.
- Coordinate and implement promotions on the site (Black Friday, sales, other events).
- Supervise content creation in collaboration with our in‑house creative studio.
- Contribute to site optimisation in collaboration with tech, creative, e‑commerce and commercial teams.
- Be a driver for back‑office optimisation to ease usage and enrich functionality.
- Perform competitive watch and monitor e‑reputation (customer satisfaction surveys, social media, notoriety barometer).
- Analyse and report results of promotion campaigns.
Customer Experience
- Contribute to optimisation of user journeys (navigation, product pages, purchase funnel).
- Analyse customer feedback (reviews, NPS, verbatim, customer service) to identify improvement areas.
- Propose improvements to increase satisfaction and conversion.
- Collaborate with UX teams to prioritise optimisations and monitor related indicators.
Candidate Profile
- One first experience in digital marketing, project management or CMS usage is required.
- Master‑level education in business school or university with a specialization in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital challenges, project management and tools/CMS.
- Leadership and adaptability: capacity to mobilise teams and adapt in evolving environments.
- Language skills: mastery of a Romance language (Spanish or Italian) is mandatory.
- Personal and organisational qualities: autonomy, rigor, organisational sense and ability to manage multiple subjects concurrently.
Recruitment Process
Interview 1 – 30 min video call with Eva, HR manager.
Interview 2 – 60 min on site with Lucile, Marketing & Communication Project Manager.
Interview 3 – 60 min on site with Sandrine, Marketing & Communication Director and Lucile.
