Vous prenez en charge les demandes de faisabilité transmises par les services commerciaux, les clients ou les services internes, afin d’en assurer l’analyse et le traitement
Vous établissez les devis et gérez les commandes en coordination avec Linde Espagne ou Linde Allemagne
Vous traitez les commandes d’hélium liquide en bidon, en veillant au respect des exigences spécifiques liées à cette activité
Vous enregistrez et saisissez les commandes clients Cryovit, en garantissant l’exactitude des données et la bonne transmission des informations nécessaires à la préparation et à la livraison
Vous jouez un rôle essentiel d’interface entre les clients et la logistique Cryovit, en facilitant la coordination des opérations, en assurant la qualité du suivi et en contribuant à la satisfaction client
Ce qui vous rend unique : votre profil
Titulaire d’un Bac+2 en formation commerciale ou en administration des ventes, vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Pack Office, et maîtrisez les systèmes d’information tels que SAP et Salesforce
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve de précision dans l’exécution de vos tâches
