Key Responsibilities

• Collect, follow, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to communication actions, including web analysis and social media.
• Conduct media and social media monitoring.
• Build dashboards to track project results.
• Propose strategic recommendations based on analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and actions.
• Ensure consistency and relevance of reports and summaries.
• Lead the collection of press monitoring data and guarantee data quality.
• Contribute to budget monitoring in a ROI-driven approach to our activities.

Qualifications

• Higher education (BAC+5) in business school, university, communication, marketing or data.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Interest in banking activities and their environment.
• Rigorous, organized and persuasive.
• Engaged, with a spirit of initiative and teamwork.
• Excellent learning and adaptation capabilities.
