Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary studies (feasibility, diagnostics, opportunities, socio-economic studies)
• Manage and monitor technical, financial, administrative, legal, and land aspects
• Lead the development of programs and select project managers (if not internal), contractualize and oversee all service missions (fauna-flora inventory, impact study, geotechnical study, CT, CSPS AMO)
• Organize interventions, hold meetings with port agencies, liaise with port clients and local authorities, and manage administrative authorizations
• Prepare and monitor procedures for evolving work contracts and oversee their execution, support project managers and operators until delivery, commissioning, and warranty completion
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and partner and client constraints
• Participate in working groups on specific investment topics and lead related actions, coordinate service providers
• Promote technical policies and facilitate practice convergence between agencies

Profile:

• Engineering degree in BTP with experience in development or construction operations, or an experienced BTP project manager
• Proficiency in managing civil engineering and VRD projects
• Knowledge of environmental regulations or sustainable development
• Budget management skills
• Rigorous and organized

Examples of projects:

• New port constructions (Vitry-Les Ardoines: €10M)
• Port rehabilitations (Ivry-National Port: €6M)
• Creation of fluvial structures (passenger terminals, waiting zones for mariners)

Salary: €45K - €60K depending on profile (junior or experienced) over 13 months.
