Charge d'Etudes Marketing Sponsoring

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote sponsorship offerings
• Create sponsorship packages in close collaboration with sales teams and regional offices
• Develop marketing pitches and sales support materials
• Continuously optimize messaging and marketing materials for sponsorship
• Analyze performance and audiences
• Conduct audience analyses for our programs and those of our competitors
• Set up and analyze performance tests on sponsorship placements
• Monitor and report on commercialized campaigns
• Produce recommendations based on observed performance
• Support the sales teams
• Respond to daily inquiries from the sales team
• Prepare client dossiers and tailored recommendations
• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals aligned with advertisers' objectives
• Conduct market monitoring and benchmarking of sponsorship offers

Requirements

• With a higher education in media and/or marketing, you have initial experience in advertising (media sales houses/communication agencies/media agencies/advertisers)
• Passionate about media and content, you have a solid understanding of how the advertising market operates
• Autonomous and open-minded, you enjoy working as part of a team
• Meticulous and committed, you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and are comfortable with numbers
• You have a sense of aesthetics and creativity
• You have good organizational skills, respect priorities and deadlines, and demonstrate autonomy and proactivity
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with RESTIT TV / TGI Snapshot / MXplorer is a plus
• Comfortable with professional English, especially written
