Chargé(e) d'Affaires Assurance Vie Gestion Privée

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

• Receiving requests, carrying out 1st level checks (completeness, compliance), processing and monitoring the files inherent to all Life Insurance transactions (subscription, supplementary payment, advance, redemption, arbitration, change of beneficiary clause, administrative acts, etc.); support activity-related phone calls;
• Process emails related to the activity and fill in tracking and reporting tools; encourage salespeople to seek help in preparing their files in advance, in terms of origin and traceability of funds;
• Promote the use of digital tools and the means available for self-care among sales reps.
• Your actions as a Business Manager, Private Wealth Insurance must contribute significantly:
• To retain the Private Management sales staff of the Caisses d'Epargne and Banque Populaire banks;
• And to get them to entrust us with future operations.

This position is based in Charenton Le Pon with the possibility to work remotely.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have 2 years of experience in similar positions. You master:

• The field of life insurance.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Recognized for your writing skills and your analytical and summarizing skills;

• Respectful of rules and procedures, and you know how to work as a team in a demanding environment.
