Job Overview
Manage projects from start to finish: renovation, extension, compliance, new construction, remodeling, maintenance across Auchan shopping centers.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical project manager or delegated project owner in retail, GTP, commercial real estate, infrastructure, headquarters and agency environments.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations: urban planning, building codes, ERP, environment, hygiene, and safety.
- Maintain internal technical processes, validate budgets before financial commitment, and ensure clear program definition.
- Assemble and lead the project team, including external partners: design office, architect, technical controller, CSPS, surveyor.
- Ensure the client benefits from necessary warranties and construction insurance.
- Oversee project close‑out within deadlines and budgets, following internal procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
Degree (BAC+5) in construction and at least 5 years of experience as project manager in retail construction or similar. Knowledge of ERP, urban planning, construction regulations, and project management tools and methods.
Position
Chargé d'affaires F/H (Level 8) – 12‑month fixed‑term contract, located in Strasbourg or Villeneuve d’Ascq.
