Chargé d'Affaires Etudes de Prix F/H

Responsibilities

• Prior to winning the business project: conduct an analysis of the project’s legal, technical, financial and human risks and review the studies/the contract; identify the specific technical and SQE requirements; find the best technical and economic solutions for the project and research alternatives; establish the internal cost estimate based on reference prices; prepare the company bid.
• Subsequent to winning the business project: establish the provisional schedule and the resources necessary to carry out the operation; draft all or part of the bid’s technical brief; prepare the technical and financial documents required for the wrap-up meeting in conjunction with the department manager (sales breakdown sheet, summary of all-trades work).

Requirements

• Education: 2-5 years of higher education; training subjects: Building - Civil engineering - Construction economy.
• Experience: Junior engineer or minimum 5 years of experience as a price studies technician; works-related experience appreciated.
• Professional environment: Internal pricing, methods, commercial, real estate, purchasing, works; External: control offices, economists, specialized engineering firms, sub-contractors, suppliers, project manager.

Profile

Ideally educated with a Bac+5 type engineering school, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar price studies role. You are rigorous, autonomous, proficient in responding to calls for tenders, and adaptable.

CDI to be filled immediately. Remuneration based on experience (13th month) with participation, holiday bonus, employee shareholding. Eiffage promotes diversity and equal opportunity employment.
