Chargé d’affaires circuit court

AQUAPROX I‑TECH is part of the Groupe AQUAPROX, an innovative company that designs, builds and maintains water treatment installations for industrial processes. As a water treatment expert, we help industrial clients transition to a more sustainable water management.

Role

We are looking for a Chargé(e) d’affaires Circuit court based in the Île‑de‑France region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial phase and manage the project portfolio for “circuit court” projects.
• Act as the primary client contact from the signing of the order receipt to project hand‑over.
• Coordinate internal and external resources linked to project delivery.
• Develop commercial relationships with existing clients, secure new clients in regional, national or international sectors.
• Represent the company to clients, prospects, partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Anticipate, analyse, diagnose client needs and prescribe suitable solutions.
• Study feasibility, negotiate conditions (deadlines, price) with clients.
• Propose products or services while ensuring commercial viability and profitability.
• Draft commercial offers and contracts.
• Define performance indicators (technical and economic balance).
• Prepare activity reporting, analyse results and propose optimisation actions.
• Lead the operational management of circuit‑court projects, ensuring the interface among internal services and clients.
• Inform and support the client until project completion to guarantee satisfaction.
• Identify potential partners and subcontractors.
• Manage the project budget and be accountable for it.
• Handle administrative follow‑up of projects (billing, payments, collections and potential disputes).

Qualifications

• Degree Bac+2 to Bac+4 in electrotechnics or automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment, hydraulics, chemical engineering, electrical/automation.
• Good project management fundamentals.
• Familiar with the water treatment industry, including clients, suppliers and competitors.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Operational English is an advantage.

Location: Île‑de‑France. Prise de poste as soon as possible. Télétravail available. Frequent travel required.
