Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead operations from market entry to project completion, ensuring safety, profitability, and quality.
• Manage drivers, team leaders, and site managers; monitor budget and profitability of various projects.
• Represent the company to clients; prepare and validate commercial proposals and prospect new clients.
• Monitor and execute regional and national contracts; verify compliance of works, technical standards, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Holding a degree in Civil Engineering, Heavy Construction or Building Envelope.
• Significant experience in a similar role.
