You drive cross functional initiatives and align marketing strategies with business goals.
Your Experience
- Trade Marketing Support Assist in the development and implementation of local trade marketing plans tailored to specific market conditions and consumer behaviour.
- Retail Onsite Activations Plan and execute onsite campaigns to support products launches, increase visibility and the runrate (SPA/SBA).
- Market and Competitor Analysis Monitor competitor activities, trade promotions, and market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive.
- Sales Support and Coordination Collaborate closely with the sales team to align trade marketing activities with sales objectives. Provide necessary marketing collateral and tools to drive sales during promotions or activations.
- In-Store Promotions & Activations Support the planning and execution of in-store promotional activities, product displays, tradeshows, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
- Budget Management Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for the region, ensuring activities are cost-effective and provide a strong return on investment.
- Reporting and Analytics Track and report on the performance of trade marketing campaigns using key performance indicators such as sales growth, retailer compliance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales within the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and analytical skills to assess trade marketing effectiveness and drive improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with trade marketing or CRM software is preferred.
Languages
French and Business English are a must, Dutch, German would be a plus.
