Due to continued growth and increasing market demand, they are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand their partner ecosystem across France.
This is a strategic growth role focused on developing commercial alliances and accelerating market penetration through indirect sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships, driving partner-led revenue, and executing the local channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with system integrators, resellers, and channel partners across the French market
- Implement and execute the company’s international partner programme locally
- Develop and deliver joint go-to-market initiatives including co-selling activities, campaigns, events, and customer engagements
- Drive partner-generated pipeline growth and achieve agreed commercial revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships with full 360° ownership
- Ensure partners are fully enabled through product training, resources, and ongoing support
- Monitor partner performance and engagement levels, ensuring successful execution of partnership agreements
- Utilise Salesforce to track opportunities, partner activity, revenues, and key performance metrics to support strategic growth decisions
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering teams to align channel strategy with business objectives
- Escalate and manage risks or unforeseen issues in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel sales, partnerships, alliances, or indirect sales roles
- Strong understanding of Digital Trust, PKI, cybersecurity, or electronic signatures
- Deep existing exposure to the Banking and Finance sector in France
- Proven ability to build and grow reseller and partner ecosystems
- Experience managing multi-solution sales through indirect channels
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individual
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international business environment
- Fluent French and English required; additional European languages are advantageous
