Synology France operates sales, marketing and technical support within France, Southern Europe, Benelux and Africa.
We are currently looking for Channel Sales Manager – Benelux to join our Sales team that holds a central role in the business strategy, offering the best‑in‑class customer experience and assuring the constant market growth for Synology products and solutions.
This role will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing – Benelux, and will be based in our Paris la Défense office. This is a permanent full‑time position (on‑site).
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow distributors and e‑tailers portfolios in Benelux, ensuring smooth collaboration and driving revenue growth.
- Oversee e‑commerce partners: ensure Synology products are available on major platforms, organise promotions and campaigns, and assist in planning marketing activities.
- Support distributors and IT resellers in project management and price offer negotiations.
- Provide guidance and stock recommendations to distributors to help them optimise inventory and order planning.
- Manage the product life cycle, including product launch and end‑of‑life announcements.
- Collect, analyse, and report sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategy development.
- Manage and develop our Partner Program in Benelux.
- Assist Key Account Managers with operational tasks such as credit notes, payment validation, and quotation reviews.
- Participate in Synology events and activities across the region.
- Other duties may be assigned according to the company needs.
Qualifications and skills
- Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in IT or technology
- Experience or knowledge of storage, networking, backup, or infrastructure solutions; knowledge of Synology or similar ecosystems is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of sales operations and partner account management
- Excellent relationship‑building, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for operational tasks
- Fluency in English is a must; French or Dutch is a plus
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Paris
