Channel Marketing Specialist

Agence Mantu is a 360-degree communication agency organized into five main divisions: Identity & Content, Media Relations & Crisis Communication, Events, B2B, and Design. Job Description

You will join the Display division of our client, in an international, dynamic, and performance‑oriented environment. You will work on strategic issues related to partner marketing, business development, and channel network management.

Your Missions

• Define and manage the Channel Marketing Display strategy with a focus on visibility, performance, and business value generation
• Manage and animate a strategic portfolio of partners: distributors, integrators, and key channel players
• Oversee the annual marketing budget allocated to partners: budget planning, investment allocation, expense tracking, ROI optimization
• Design and deploy partner marketing plans: digital and print campaigns, field activations, in‑store visibility initiatives, sales support materials, and sales enablement tools
• Organise and coordinate professional trade shows and B2B events: concept design, coordination with agencies and service providers, operational management of stands and activities, logistics and budget follow‑up
• Work closely with internal Sales, Product, and Communication teams to ensure marketing actions are aligned with business objectives
• Supervise and support the deployment of the partner platform: content validation, partner support, internal advocacy with sales and product marketing teams

Your Profile

• Experience in Channel Marketing, B2B marketing, or partnership management
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and partner ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding and international environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and project management
• Academic background: higher education in marketing, communication, or business development
• Fluent English. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, coordination abilities, and capacity to interact with various stakeholders
• You show a strong marketing culture and results orientation
