Channel Manager

Outpost24 is hiring a Channel Manager to join our growing team based out of France!

We’re looking for a results-driven Channel Manager, focused on France, South Europe and LATAM to build, grow, and enable our partner ecosystem across the region. This role focuses on driving partner-led revenue through VARs, MSPs, Distributors for both the Outpost24 and the Specops Software Portfolio

As a Channel Manager (France, South Europe/LATAM) your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across the regions
• Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue
• Drive partner engagement through training, joint business planning, and co‑selling
• Execute channel strategies that increase market penetration and solution adoption
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success
• Track partner performance and deliver accurate forecasts and reporting
• Represent Outpost24 at partner events, conferences, and industry forums

What makes you our ideal candidate?

• 10+ years in channel or partner sales in cybersecurity
• Exposure Active Directory security, authentication, or Microsoft security ecosystems or Identity management
• Exposure to Attack Surface Management solutions
• Experience working with Distributors, SI’s, VARs, MSPs and MSSPs
• Exceptional written and verbal English, and French. Proficiency in Spanish and Italian is a plus
• This is a fully remote position based in France. We are ideally looking for someone located in the Paris area
