Job Responsibilities
- Develop an effective channel management system based on the company's business development plan, including but not limited to channel access, assessment, elimination, hierarchical management, incentives, etc.;
- Complete channel establishment, channel resource development and integration, be responsible for the company's channel customer empowerment management, enhance channel customers' business development and marketing capabilities, promote channel customers' performance completion, and achieve the company's sales goals;
- Be responsible for the overall planning and organization and implementation of the company's channel activities, including recommendation meetings, channel meetings, etc., to cultivate core channel customers for long-term cooperation;
- Participate in the formulation and management of the company's ex-factory price to terminal price, and coordinate sales to do daily product price maintenance and monitoring;
- Have an in-depth understanding of industry development trends, potential customer needs, competitors and other industry conditions, and provide advice and solutions for the company's channel development plan for the next three to five years.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing, bioengineering and other related majors are preferred;
- More than 5 years of experience in product channel management in the biological industry, channel management experience in foreign or listed companies in the biological reagent industry is preferred;
- Have strong negotiation, cross-departmental communication, good organization and coordination and adaptability, and be able to adapt to business trips;
- Have a high sense of responsibility, work rigorously, and have strong self-drive and stress resistance.
