Change Manager: ERP/CMMS Transformation (Paris)

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Change Manager for a transformation project in the transport sector. The role is mainly based in Paris, with frequent travel to Brussels and other nearby sites, and runs for an 18-month period.

You will define and implement the Change Management Strategy, identify impacts and risks, build a clear communication plan, and support the rollout of ERP/CMMS and other maintenance tools across complex environments; fluent French and English are required.
