Change Manager - Banking - Consulting

Pardus Bridge is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant for a assignment in Paris, supporting large-scale transformation and deployment initiatives within the banking sector.

We're looking for someone who can bridge business and technology, engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

The Mission

• Define and execute change management and deployment strategies, including rollout planning and business readiness assessments.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans.
• Coordinate Business, Operations, Transformation and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout deployment.
• Manage deployment milestones, risks, dependencies and Go/No-Go processes.
• Monitor business adoption, track KPIs and provide clear progress reporting to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Ideally 6–9 years' experience in change management, project management and deployment coordination.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and business adoption.
• Solid project governance, risk management and delivery coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and comfortable working across complex, international environments.
