Change Manager

For a leading client in the transport industry, g2 are looking for A Freelance Change Manager to join on a transformation project.

Project Goal

Define, propose and Implement the changes associated with the transformation of an existing Maintenance Management System

What will you be doing?

• Defining and implementing the Change Management Strategy for the project.
• Identifying Impacts and risks associated with the changes.
• Build a clear and concise communication strategy regarding the changes.
• Applying the training strategy and educating users.
• Managing stakeholders - Who is affected by the change? What do you need?
• Strong experience within Change Management - specifically as a change manager in complex companies French and English fluentExperience of ERP, CMMS and Maintenance Tool Deployments
• Transport experience is a huge bonus
• Logistics of theroleMainly based in Paris, but with frequent sites to Brussels/Other neighbouring sites
• 18 month project - starting ASAP.
• Strong experience within Change Management, French and English fluent, Experience of ERP, CMMS and Maintenance Tool Deployments
