Change management consultant and methodological framework deployment - BF

Context: The deployment of the methodological framework implies a transformation of practices, roles, and modes of collaboration. Structured support is necessary to foster stakeholder buy-in, ensure the adoption of traditional, agile, and hybrid methods, and sustainably integrate the new practices into the organization.

• Analyze the impacts of the methodological framework on processes, roles, tools, and practices. Identify stakeholders, assess their level of buy-in, and define an appropriate support strategy. Develop and manage the change management plan: communication, mobilization, training, and close support. Coordinate the gradual deployment of the methodological framework to the teams and entities involved. Measure adoption, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement actions.

• Change management methodologies: diagnosis, impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and support plans. Deployment of frameworks, methodological frameworks, and governance mechanisms. Design of communication, mobilization, training, and adoption plans. Strong command of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management approaches. Definition and monitoring of indicators for adoption, usage, maturity, and sustainability of practices.

• Excellent listening, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to unite stakeholders with diverse interests and foster buy-in. Ability to adapt support to the maturity levels and constraints of teams. Rigor in planning, coordination, action monitoring, and risk management. Diplomacy, pragmatism, autonomy, and the ability to operate in complex environments.

Required Profile: Experienced consultant in change management and organizational transformation, preferably holding a Master's degree (or equivalent). At least 5 years of experience in supporting transformations, deploying frameworks or methodologies, and managing cross-functional projects is expected. The candidate must be able to work effectively with operational teams, managers, and governance bodies, translate impacts into concrete actions, and drive long-term adoption. Certification in change management, project management, or agile methodologies, as well as experience in multi-entity environments, are considered assets.
