A trusted client is seeking an experienced Change, Learning & Communications Analyst to support its Paris business unit.
You will help employees and teams navigate organisational change by delivering change management plans, practical learning programmes and clear internal communications. Working closely with leaders, project teams and subject matter experts, you will prepare people for new ways of working, encourage adoption and support continuous learning.
This role combines planning with hands‑on delivery, from developing change strategies and training materials to facilitating workshops and measuring the effectiveness of communications.
Key responsibilities:
Change management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support organisational initiatives and projects.
- Deliver activities and materials in line with the organisational change management plan and agreed timelines.
- Identify risks, barriers and potential resistance to change, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Guide leaders and teams through the change process, helping them prepare for and adopt new ways of working.
- Monitor progress, assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans where needed.
Learning and development:
- Design and deliver learning programmes and assessments that meet project objectives and employee needs.
- Identify training needs and gaps in skills and knowledge through assessments, surveys and feedback.
- Work with subject matter experts to create relevant training content, resources and supporting materials.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to develop effective learning experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and other learning activities that build employee capability and confidence.
Internal communications:
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies, plans and materials that keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create clear, engaging content for email, newsletters, intranet pages and other internal channels.
- Coordinate town halls, team briefings and other communication events as required.
- Gather feedback and monitor employee sentiment to improve communication effectiveness.
Essential experience and skills:
- At least five years of relevant experience spanning change management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building effective working relationships with senior leaders, managers and team members.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience using a range of communication tools and platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- A recognised change management certification, such as Prosci.
