Role Description The Chanel Sales Manager - On Premise is a full-time, on-site role based in Grasse, responsible for driving sales performance and brand presence within on-premise channels such as bars, restaurants, hotels, and specialized venues.

This role includes developing and executing channel-specific sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with trade partners to increase product listings, visibility, and volume.

The Chanel Sales Manager will monitor market trends, track sales data, and prepare regular performance reports to inform decision-making and optimize commercial activities.

Day-to-day tasks also involve prospecting new clients, training staff at partner venues on brand and product knowledge, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure consistent brand representation and operational alignment.

The role requires active field presence in the PACA region to maintain close contact with customers and the local market.

Qualifications

  • Motivated individual who love challenges.
  • Strong account management skills, including relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and influence trade partners and venue staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in sustainable luxury, fine spirits, and the heritage of Provence; prior experience in premium or craft brands is an advantage.
