CEO Strategy & Growth Chief of Staff

WhiteLab Genomics is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and scale the company during a pivotal growth phase. You’ll focus on leadership alignment, governance, external engagement and corporate initiatives to enable clear, high-quality executive outputs.

This high-impact, cross-functional role sits at the center of the company, coordinating leadership rhythms, board prep, and strategic offsites while driving alignment across functions and with investors and partners.
