CEO MBI: Lead an Investor-Backed French SME

All Interests Aligned (AIA) seeks a France-based Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner) to lead the acquisition and management of a family-owned SME. You will work within AIA's MBI Program, receiving committed funding and hands-on deal support from investors who have built and run businesses themselves.

You will oversee origination, due diligence, transition to CEO, operational governance, and a planned exit, backed by AIA's investment team across industries including consumer products,
