Context: Experience: 10+ years Job Title/Function: Project or Program Management, Project Manager Technical Specialties: HRIS Our client's Human Resources department and the Transformation and Information Systems department plan to undertake a HRIS renewal project in 2026 focusing on payroll activities. The goal is to improve HR and payroll processes (automation), eliminate technological risks related to time management, and reduce operating costs if possible. The current IT solutions are: Cegid RH Place for payroll/administrative management and Horoquartz for time management. Therefore, our client is seeking an HRIS Payroll Project Manager Consultant.

MISSIONS The main missions will be as follows: – Defining the requirements (updating the specifications for the product at the end of 2024) – Market research/benchmarking of HR payroll solutions to select the target solution – Managing the HRIS payroll renewal project (planning, organizing/preparing/facilitating various committees and steering bodies, cross-functional facilitation and coordination, ensuring adherence to quality/cost/deadline requirements, monitoring and managing supplier/client relationships) – Active and operational participation in the project (workshops, production of deliverables, acceptance testing, change management/training support, etc.)

Desired expertise: minimum 10 years of experience.

Required skills: – HRIS project management and mastery of HR and payroll business processes – Awareness of information system security and confidential data management – Knowledge of IAM tool(s) related to the HRIS would be an asset – Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability – Autonomy, methodical approach, ability to challenge the status quo, and analytical skills
