Job responsibilities

As part of RIMOWA's central Supply Chain Planning team, the Supply Chain Project Manager leads strategic, cross-functional projects aimed at improving the performance, robustness, and operational agility of the supply chain. In a context of digital acceleration and supply chain process structuring, he/she plays a key role in the transformation of supply chain processes, tools, and operating methods.

Your missions :

1)Optimization of the Anaplan Distribution & Change Management tool :

• Oversee the deployment of key features (projection, launch management) in collaboration with the Distribution and IT teams.
• Define and deploy simple, business-oriented Distribution KPIs.
• Lead change management: understand how the tool is used by different regions and support them in the long-term adoption of the tool through concrete use cases.
• Proactively communicate the gains, ROI, and business impacts to the organization and stakeholders.

2)Transformation of upstream supply chain processes and tools :

• Participate in the redefinition of upstream supply chain processes: production, procurement, and supply planning.
• Work with teams to define target processes and requirements (processes, timings, RACI, KPIs).
• Lead the Anaplan Production Planning project: scoping workshops, formalization of specifications, development support, deployment, and user support.
• Structure and lead project bodies (steering committees, workshops, progress reports, etc.).

3)Supply Chain Leader on structural projects (SAP & PLM) :

• Represent Supply Chain Planning issues in SAP & PLM projects.
• Formalize Supply Chain requirements related to upstream supply chain, master data, and distribution.
• Participate in workshops and ensure the consistency of the solutions selected.

4)Anaplan performance and continuous improvement & PBI management :

• Be the business reference for PBI Supply Chain reporting.
• Work with the Demand Planner to identify and prioritize requirements for upgrading the Anaplan Forecast tool.
• Frame and prioritize upgrades with IT and the planning team.
• Propose and implement initiatives and innovations aimed at improving the agility, reliability, and operational efficiency of the supply chain.
