The role

Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible.

Based in Paris 17th.

Reporting to the Clarins Brand General Manager, the Special Advisor is a key contributor to our overall ambition: making Clarins a customer‑centric, responsible, and trusted company. You will support the Clarins Brand General Manager in the coordination of the brand, projects, and countries, acting as an advisor and right‑hand partner, supporting her and her board on decision‑making, project management, and execution of transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • PMO: coordinate strategic projects for the brand
    • Work alongside the Clarins Brand General Manager in crafting Clarins ambitions and organizational framework.
    • Ensure Strategic Projects Planning and Goals Setting: structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.
    • Partner with colleagues in different roles to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments, identify dependencies and possible issues across teams. During this planning process, the PMO will develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed.
    • Ensure Project Execution and Governance: tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process. The PMO holds owners accountable for their commitments and will conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues. By managing the overall process of carrying out the project, the PMO is able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals.
  • Organization advice
    • Provide all decision‑support for helping prioritize country needs and new brand projects.
    • Assist in project management: coordinate project milestones and tasks across the business.
    • Drive alignment facilitating effective decision‑making and execution of core business priorities by acting as a key liaison towards the Clarins Brand General Manager, her leadership committee, countries, and other key stakeholder to address most critical cross‑organizational work.
  • Advisor
    • Craft and deliver internal and external communication documents (pitch decks, reports, assessments, speeches) for all executive‑level presentations and key events (business reviews, PR events, offsites, corporate townhalls, presentations to the Group's CEO, etc.).

Description du profil

  • You are: a graduate from business or engineering schools (France/International).
  • Experienced with at least 2 years in a project‑management focused environment.
  • Internationally experienced.
  • Experienced as a Consulting Manager in a large consulting organization or agency (a plus).
  • You have: excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, natural curiosity.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources for assistance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced competency in PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
