Role Overview
Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible.
Based in Paris 17th.
Reporting to the Clarins Brand General Manager, the Special Advisor supports the brand’s strategic direction, project coordination, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- PMO: Coordinate strategic projects for the brand
- Work alongside the Brand General Manager to craft brand ambitions and an organizational framework.
- Ensure strategic project planning and goal setting with structured schedules, project plans, risk assessments, timelines, scope, and budget constraints.
- Partner with colleagues across departments to assess workloads, identify dependencies, potential issues, and communicate clear, actionable deliverables.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process; hold owners accountable and conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and resolve issues.
- Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions, or emerging issues to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery aligned with project goals.
- Organization advice
- Provide decision‑support for prioritising country needs and new brand projects.
- Assist in project management by coordinating milestones and tasks across the business.
- Drive alignment and facilitate effective decision‑making and execution of core business priorities through liaison with the Brand General Manager, leadership committee, countries, and key stakeholders.
- Advisor
- Craft and deliver internal and external communication documents (pitch decks, reports, assessments, speeches) for executive‑level presentations and key events (business reviews, PR events, offsites, corporate townhalls, presentations to the Group’s CEO).
Qualifications
- Graduate from business or engineering schools (France or international).
- At least 2 years of experience in a project‑management focused environment.
- International experience.
- Experience as a Consulting Manager in a large consulting organization or agency is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, and natural curiosity.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and know when to seek internal resources.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced competency in PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
