Our vehicles are used everywhere: law enforcement, tactical missions, fire-fighting... And to support our growth, we're reinforcing our after-sales MCO maintenance team!

Your mission

After training on our vehicles, you will be the technical expert at our customers' sites:

• Technical monitoring of our vehicles in service.
• Carry out technical interventions at our customers' sites.
• Independently manage repair orders (in factory or on customer site).
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance according to established protocols.
• Optimize intervention costs.
• Ensure clear and rigorous reporting on actions taken.
• Represent Technamm 's image and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Profile required

• Mechanical training with solid experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical skills essential.
• Self-motivated, rigorous, service-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you'll be our ambassador in the field.
• Mobility required for customer service (itinerant position).
• An affinity for technical transmission is a plus (possibility of training customers).
