RESPONSABLE QUALITE (F/H/X)
Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality team for the relevant area – responsible for product homologation, quality control and quality issues management.
- Recruit and develop your team to ensure expertise and business continuity.
- Anticipate, organize, and manage your team's workload and necessary resources (overall budget and operating costs).
- Participate in the establishment and improvement of our quality system to ensure product and process compliance with worldwide regulations, SEPHORA COLLECTION quality and LVMH requirements.
- Perform quality risk assessment as projects progress through stage gates to provide increased visibility to technical risks and plan mitigations throughout a project.
- Manage releases in compliance with processes and deadlines.
- Ensure the smooth execution and optimization of quality processes to guarantee the quality of products released to the market (risk analysis/associated action plans, approval, control plans, etc.).
- Manage non-conformities and complaints within your area of responsibility.
- Consolidate the overall view, analyze, and ensure the implementation of associated corrective actions.
- Consolidate KPIs and dashboards for your area of responsibility and promote them internally and with suppliers.
- Manage cross‑functional and/or continuous improvement projects: implementation of tools, new processes, participation in LVMH task forces, etc.
- Manage and monitor the progress of action plans.
- Monitor external service providers’ performance and track their performance with their managers.
- Participate in the definition and execution of the audit program (suppliers and internal).
- Ensure the application and compliance with ISO 22716 and the quality assurance process applicable to the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in a scientific field, such as engineering school.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Quality role.
- A first experience in management.
- Dynamic and agile.
- Rigorous, analytical, structured, and pragmatic.
- Interest in the operational aspects of the role.
- Supportive, a real team player, and with strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic formulation, packaging, risk assessment and AMDEC tools and Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716), MOCRA, CSAR, OTC.
