As a leading global semiconductor company, we welcome a dynamic leader to drive the governance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). The role integrates the Enterprise Management System (EMS), Business Process Management (BPM), documented information governance, and performance management to ensure a coherent, efficient, and strategy‑aligned system across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Owner of the ST EMS framework and BPM methodology, partnering with process owners and digital teams.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end coherence between process design, documentation, tools, and KPIs.
  • Process owner of the Documented Information governance, including rules, communities, and deployment.
  • Process owner of the Performance Management process at company level.
  • Guarantee a lean, strategy‑aligned performance management process executed on time and linked with all derived processes (including the “Top Page”).
  • Drive and animate the key communities related to EMS, documentation, and performance (process owners, document controllers, KPI owners), ensuring adherence to company processes and standards.
  • Maintain coherence between performance management and enterprise risk management through collaboration with the ERM team.

EMS & Process Governance

  • Define, maintain, and improve the EMS framework and business process architecture.
  • Establish and deploy BPM methods and standards for process modeling, reengineering, and digitalization.
  • Lead and support the community of process owners and architects to apply EMS/BPM standards and maintain processes in line with company guidelines.
  • Support process owners in designing and updating processes and leveraging digital tools and workflows.
  • Lead the EMS & Process Governance / Performance Manager and analyst team; steer the EMS transformation program.

Documented Information Governance

  • Define, maintain, and improve the documented information process, including policies, procedures, classification rules, templates, and workflows.
  • Lead the company‑wide community of Document Controllers to align with documentation processes and rules, and to provide training, support, and best‑practice sharing.
  • Ensure full adherence to company rules for document generation, review, approval, classification, retention, versioning, obsolescence, and archiving.
  • Monitor and prevent unjustified document proliferation, promoting simplification and removal of redundant or obsolete documents.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT / Digital / EMS tool teams to align tooling with business needs and governance requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the documented information process, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Performance Management

  • Define, measure, monitor, and improve the Performance Management process.
  • Guarantee a lean, efficient process aligned with company strategy.
  • Design and maintain a coherent process calendar, ensuring on‑time execution of all steps.
  • Ensure coherence between the Performance Management process and all derived processes (including the “Top Page” and related views).
  • Drive and support the Performance Management community.
  • Collaborate with the ERM team to align performance and risk at the management level.
  • Coordinate the deployment of KPIs: document, own, and review routine; consolidate results; produce integrated dashboards and clear analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Performance Management outputs feed into management reviews, improvement plans, and QMS updates.

Leadership & Interfaces

  • Collaborate with QMS Standards & Certification to ensure EMS, documentation, and performance practices support ISO/IATF and other standards.
  • Collaborate with Audit Governance to ensure audit readiness and effective response to systemic findings.
  • Work with corporate and local organizations (Quality, Operations, HR, IT/Digital) for deployment, training, and change management.

Required Competencies & Experience

  • 10+ years experience in QMS, business process management, documentation governance, performance management, or equivalent roles.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Proven experience in leading cross‑functional transformation programs, including digitalization and process reengineering.
  • Experience in documentation governance and community management.
  • Experience in performance management and KPI frameworks (dashboards, review cycles, strategic alignment).
  • Managerial experience with managers or senior experts across multi‑site, transverse organizations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
  • Proven change‑leadership ability to drive adoption of standards and tools in complex environments.
  • High communication, community animation, and facilitation skills, including steering committees, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative, comfortable in multicultural and global contexts.
  • Resilient, structured, and results‑oriented, with a focus on governance, simplification, and continuous improvement.
