"As part of our development, we are looking for a Supply Chain Representative".Mission:
The main mission of the supply chain representant - MRP Buyer is to ensure the management of stocks of excipients, components and consumables in order to allow the execution of the Production Master Plan by optimizing the use of our warehouses and ensuring that financial losses related to the destruction of expired or no longer necessary batches.To do this, he manages his activity through performance indicators that allow him to identify and then implement and/or coordinate improvement actions.To pilot the warehouse occupation rate, he will use simulation tools and adapt them to the evolutions of the warehouses environment.Its scope of responsibility covers the supply of several families of items within a defined production scope. He is required to ensure the back-up of the other supply coordinators on their respective perimeters in the event of absence (holidays, sick leave, etc.).Specific Activities / Functions:
The Representant Supply Chain - MRP Buyer is responsible for the following processes:- Inventory and purchase order management,
- Warehouse occupation projections,
- Performance intervenes in the following operational processes:
- Master data management,
- Updating of S&OP plastic parts for Colter and hGH products,
- Management of the Production Master Plan,
- Execution of projects,
- Document Management,
- Management of observations / deviations,
- Support for our information systems,
- Audits / Inspections,
- Business plan
Specific skills :
- Knowledge of inventory
- management processes, tools and methods.
- Agility with IT tools: Microsoft office, ERP and reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with suppliers, incoming flow stakeholders, logistics and management.
- Level B2 in English and/or German

- Master the complexity of flows, organization charts and products.
- Demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness and creativity in order to propose relevant solutions, to provide reliable information in a very short time, to manage priorities and emergencies and to master a diverse and irregular volume of work.

Desired knowledge:
Diploma / Qualifying Certifications / Training / Experience:
- Master 2 in Supply Chain or logistics management.
- Or Bac+2 or Bac +3 with significant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- A first experience in operational Supply Chain, and if possible in procurement, is desired.
Languages :
- Level B2 in English and/or German desired
