CDI – Production Planner (H/F/X)

Location: Paris (1er). Immediate start. Travel required within France & Italy.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and pilot a master production plan for 8 annual collections, aligning with demand, priorities, and production constraints.
• Ensure coherence of the PDP and the supply plan.
• Coordinate with production teams to balance load and capacity, providing load analysis and simulations.
• Collaborate with Ops teams to guarantee coordination and optimal production scheduling.
• Set up and track KPIs specific to planning.
• Support ERP and APS system deployments: test, analyze processes, and contribute to operational improvements.
• Identify blockers and propose corrective actions to improve overall performance.
• Contribute to projects optimizing manufacturing lead times, reducing WIP, and ensuring data reliability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within planning and production teams.

Qualifications

• Engineer or business school degree specialized in supply chain or production management.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning in an industrial sector.
• Desire to work in a demanding, team‑based environment.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with responsiveness and rigor.
• Force of proposition and clear communication skills.
• Meticulous organization, anticipation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Fluency in English, French, and Italian (written and spoken).
