YOUR ROLE
This position plays a critical role in elevating the company's brand presence and market position within the semiconductor industry. Working as an integral member of the Corporate External Integrated Marketing Communications team, the Marketing Content Manager is responsible for creating, reviewing, and delivering compelling, technically‑accurate marketing content across multiple owned and paid digital and traditional platforms to support product group communication strategies and events.

En tant que membre à part entière de l’équipe "Corporate External Integrated Marketing and Communications", le/la créateur/créatrice de contenus (Marketing Content Creator) est responsable de la création et de la revue de contenus marketing.
Main accountabilities
- Develop audience‑centric product/application/technology messaging.
- Produce and refine high‑quality technical marketing content (presentations, webpages, emailing, articles, white papers, webinars, social media content, video scripts and storyboarding, advertisements, etc.).
- Coordinate with product marketing, engineering, and design teams to translate technical concepts into compelling, audience‑focused messages.
- Optimize content for search engines while maintaining technical accuracy and readability.
- Track performance metrics and align with SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase organic reach and lead generation.
- Provide content strategy recommendations based on performance data.
- Create and adapt content for trade shows, conferences, and launch campaigns (booth messaging, presentations, videos, pre/post‑event materials).
- Collaborate with event and digital marketing teams on virtual, in‑presence, and hybrid event content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards across all touchpoints.
- Monitor competitive content and industry trends.
Event & Product Launch Support
- Support launch campaigns with tailored content for various platforms.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging.
Content Quality & Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with creative/design teams on visual content elements.
- Provide competitive market intelligence.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Education
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Marketing/Communications) preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or content marketing are advantageous.
- Mandatory French fluency (B1 level) for French version; English proficiency is required for English version.
Experience
- 3‑5 years of professional content creation experience, preferably in B2B technology.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high‑tech manufacturing industry highly desirable.
- Proven track record of creating technical marketing content that drives engagement.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of content types and technical writing capabilities.
- Experience working with product marketing and engineering teams in a technical environment.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of semiconductor products, processes, and applications.
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing principles and technical product marketing.
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO/SEM, social media best practices, content optimization).
- Ability to interpret content performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
Content Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills across formats and audiences.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and/or French; additional languages a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content approaches.
- Active listening and ability to capture technical requirements.
- Storytelling ability to create compelling narratives around technical products.
- Presentation skills for communicating ideas to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
